To schedule an appointment, you only need to send an email to geral@mindfirst.pt requesting the code and providing proof of employment (a photo of the meal card or part of the work contract will suffice). It's important to include your phone number in the email.

Steps: Request the discount code from geral@mindfirst.pt / Register / Select the psychologist / Schedule the day and time / Proceed to payment / Enter the discount code / Complete the payment.
