Anxiety, Emotions, and Creativity Management

Ana Erra is an Arts Therapist, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in expressive and artistic practices, as well as many years of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practice and study.

Anyone who wants to become more self-aware, develop self-knowledge and creativity, and learn tools to manage anxiety and emotions in order to achieve well-being and quality of life.

 

At the end of the plan, you will be able to:

- Apply the strategies developed throughout the course to manage emotions and anxiety;

- Continue to develop self-regulation, emotional intelligence, and self-assurance.

- Recognize anxiety-related emotional patterns and roadblocks;

- Tap into your inner strength and wisdom;

- Lead a creative life and strive for balance in your body, mind, and emotions.

 

Additional information:

Recognizing the interconnectedness of the body and mind, the program presents a creative methodology that combines verbal reflection with body and expressive techniques as well as ancient Eastern practices (such as mindful breathing and mindfulness meditation).

Previous experience with the aforementioned techniques is not required.

 

Material:

- White A3 or A4 paper sheets

- Oil pastels/crayons, felt-tip pens, colored pencils, etc. (whatever is available);

- Comfortable clothes.
